Application Form for Chamber Ensemble or Duo Group

Only a total of 26 participants will be accepted. Due to limited availability the applicants will be notified of their acceptance and require to make payments within one week’s time. After due date the next applicant in line will be offered the spot.

Payments

We accept payments online only. Please email  hqwmusicmountaindirector@gmail.com for instructions to pay with Zelle (preferred)
